Formulation and/or Reverse-Engineering

We formulate Over the Counter (OTC) and personal care products in our laboratory equipped with scalable manufacturing
equipment. We specialize in liquid and semi-solid manufacturing, including but not limited to gels, ointments, suspensions,
creams, lotions, and syrups.

Scale-Up

Leading prototypes are scaled up using 1:300th and 1:30th scale jacketed stainless steel tanks with peripheral equipment to fully develop efficient and consistent manufacturing processes in a cost-effective manner.

Engineering Batching

Engineering batching is a valuable process which allows us to study and optimize the manufacturing, filling, and packaging procedures prior to validation. The engineering batch is used to collect stability data for expiration date establishment.

Process Validation

Our engineers use the life-cycle approach to generate the appropriate procedures, protocols, and reports to validate the manufacturing, filling, and packaging of your product.

Commercialization and Beyond

Our team provides continued technical support for your product. We monitor commercial products to ensure compliance with current regulatory requirements. By continuous analysis through product life-cycle, we identify opportunities for process improvements.
